Why work with us

What You Actually Get

We are a certified and trusted family run business, RSPH certified and BPCA trained, and every technician is DBS checked before they set foot in a customer's home. That standard cuts both ways: it is what we ask of you and what we invest in.

Company van and mobile phone

Kit and a vehicle provided. You are not running your own van or paying your own fuel.

Overtime, commission and bonus

Three ways to earn above the base salary, on top of staff incentives.

Ongoing training and development

RSPH Level 2 can be provided for the right candidate. Training does not stop once you are qualified.

A supportive team, not a call centre

Family run. You will know the people scheduling your day and the person who answers the phone.

Areas We Are Recruiting For

You would work out of the area you live in rather than driving across the country to reach a job. Both roles are in person, with a company van, and both include areas where we are building the team from the ground up.

People you would work with

A Small Team, Not a Depot Full of Strangers

You would know the person scheduling your day and the person answering the phone. New regions start with one or two people, which means early hires shape how the area runs rather than inheriting somebody else's system.

The job is broader than treatments alone. Drain surveys, loft insulation, clearance and biohazard work all sit under the same roof, so worth reading the work we do before you apply.

How to apply

Send Us Your CV, or Just Ring and Ask

Tell us which role and which area, and whether you are already qualified or would need the training. If you are not sure you have enough experience, ask anyway. We have taken people on and put them through RSPH Level 2 before.

We answer Monday to Thursday 7am to 8pm and Friday to Sunday 8am to 6pm.
